[PM-16717] [Desktop] Remove incorrect aria-hidden from account switcher options

📔 Objective

When using a screen reader, the accounts in the account switcher dropdown are currently just announced as Switch account: button - the actual account info is incorrectly hidden using aria-hidden="true". This PR removes these and ensures the buttons are announced correctly.
