Old repo is archived and links to the new repo are found in the old one's README file. This change updates the old repo's link to the new one.

The old repo is archived but if you visit that old repo it is clear that it has been archived and that it has moved. In addition to this BIP being "Unanimously Discourage for implementation" I personally don't think it is worth asking the BIP authors to ACK this. But if one of them does ACK it it can be merged as it is better if it links to the new repo. |
