Made Executable .exe file using pyinstaller. exe file is inside dist folder.

Multiple issues.

  1. File should be a single portable executable. Just records.txt is allowed outside that executable
  2. Cannot open any file (like showall/ edit/ delete). Only MAIN.py executes
