v1.0.03 -- Fully-working stable release

All issues with Splunk integration seem to be resolved. There is still a minor issue with the MySQL timezone setting needing to be set after every reboot, but this can probably be solved in the mysqld configuration files (check for future updates to installAndRun.md for instructions on mysqld configuration)

Added a newline between output entries when the root JSON object is an array. Hopefully this will help solve problems with Splunk ingestion. Also cleaned up unused pom.xml dependencies
