fix ngAdd schematic: options.project was always undefined

The [ngx-deploy-starter](https://github.com/angular-schule/ngx-deploy-starter) already fixed a bug relating to the ng add.

Do a [cherry pick](https://github.com/angular-schule/ngx-deploy-starter/commit/f6d7e7a24e5ea19432130311a55fe2fa2012b94d) to bring that fix to our project
