This PR adds support for the latest version of Zeppelin (0.8.0) and Spark (2.4.0).
Note: You may see that I removed health checks for Spark. This is because on Spark-2.4.0-hadoop2.8 we do not include health checks. If it is necessary to have them, we can also consider having a separate branch for Spark including health checks.

Update: Do not merge it, seems that Spark 2.4.0 is not yet supported by Zeppelin :( (see apache/zeppelin#3253).
