Change website references of Github to GitHub (Capitalization) #1607

Description

@TrialDragon

I'm cool with changing the capitalization from "Github" to "GitHub", but we best make it consistent across the entire website.

From a quick ripgrep, looks like "Github" is used 88 times and "GitHub" is used 137 (changes from this PR included). We should probably spin this out into a follow-up issue.

This should only be done in the /content directory, since I don't think we want to be messing with the various tools' variable names and such.
