Telemetry slider appears twice #3920

To Reproduce
Flash SPRacingH7RF binary, view receiver tab.
The exact binary used for testing was the one from the SPRacingH7RF with PixelOSDSupport from here: betaflight/betaflight#13603 (comment)
Expected behavior
Only one slider for telemetry.
