This PR set the configuration option
tx-pool-enable-balance-check=trueby default.This ensure that in the prioritized layer of the txpool only pending tx for which the sender has enough balance to pay are kept, otherwise they will be demoted to the ready layer, waiting for a possible future sender balance change. This helps keeping the prioritized layer free of non executable pending txs.
The change has not any effect on the node performance, as seen by running it for some days, when compared with control nodes.
