Support passing options to useCookies?

As far as I can see, there isn't currently a way to pass options (specifically, doNotParse) to the getAll method that's called inside useCookies. Would it be possible to add a second argument to useCookies that will be passed on as the second argument to getAll?

Since those options are not very often used, they are not exposed but they very well could be. Feel free to open a PR with a proposition.
