I think, the site Up For Grabs is a good one for searching "good first issues" and users should be directed to it.
The alternatives are https://www.firsttimersonly.com/ or https://github.com/MunGell/awesome-for-beginners#awesome-first-pr-opportunities-. However, I prefer Up For Graps, because it seems to be the most nice UI and most complete.
