This allows the tests to run on PHP 8.0+. * Compatibility - Provide separate testsuite for PHP 7.1+ * Build - Update Drone configuration * Tests - Fix reconstruction test * Build - Disable PHP 5.4 and PHP 5.5. test environments Should be safe enough, if it works on PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.6.
