Add Image->overlayText method

Added overlayText and renames overlay to overlayImage

Hi @WilliamStam, thanks for the overlayText method, nice work. question:
does it or can it support font weight (ability to Bold the text) ?

Thought of adding it. along with text rotation etc. but that's a lot of
arguments.

I want to try work in a setter.

but I dunno how yet without turning it into a separate plug in unless we
have anonymous setters / var stuff

it will be much helpful if you can add support for font weight and text rotation. it will really be useful for the app i'm working on at the moment.

I will check it out this coming week sometime. might resort to an options
array that gets passed to it
