👁️ Show all uncancelled bail docs in key-docs, but only show label/date if they are perfected 🧼

We want to show ALL bail documents as key-documents if theyr status is not "Cancelled". If it is cancelled, then we skip and try to grab the next latest uncancelled.
The only time we show the date and label for these documents is if they are "Perfected"
