### As a part of the PR, the following issue was fixed:

**Bug:** "0" displays briefly and then it disappears after starting to
enter the Tuition amount.
**Fix:** 0 as a numeric value is not being updated by formio. Added it
as a default value of 0 for all the `studyBreakdown` fields.
