As a student I want clear warning banner messaging directing me to the appropriate account page.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update text on warning banner populated as a result of restrictions with "warning" notification type.
  • Revise banner title from "Your account has a warning" to "Warning"
  • Update text to the following:

Check your account activity page for important updates regarding your account.

  • Revise "View activity" button to "View account activity"
