User Story
As a ministry user, I need to see how many pending Exception Requests there are. There is a number displayed at the top of the dashboard, but it only corresponds to the number of records shown on the page and not the TOTAL number of records.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update the number to show the total records and not the number of records being displayed.
