Renamed apps/web/e2e/E2Ereadme.md to apps/web/e2e/README.md for consistency with standard naming conventions across the repository.

Notes to reviewers

This is a simple file rename with no content changes. The inconsistent capitalization (E2Ereadme.md) has been standardized to the conventional README.md format, which:

• Improves discoverability (README.md is automatically displayed in directories)
• Follows standard documentation naming patterns used throughout the repository
• Makes the e2e folder structure more intuitive for new contributors

• Verified file content remains unchanged (git mv preserves content)
• Checked no other files reference the old filename
• Confirmed standard naming convention alignment
