G.729 codec

The G.729 audio codec is not included in the main codebase, because there are no libraries that are compatible with the BSD license.
If someone provides a high-quality G.729 encoder/decoder library with a liberal license, then we will consider to add it.
You can also build it yourself using a GPL library. See, for example, this project: https://github.com/juha-h/libbaresip-android.
