chatsounds

Play chat sounds from various sources (see data/config.json) inside the terminal.

Requirements

• NodeJS
• ffplay in PATH

Setup

1. Install the package globally with npm i -g chatsounds
2. Type chatsounds to start the program

Usage

• Start typing to bring up sound suggestions
• Hit TAB to navigate upwards
• Hit ENTER to play the sound
• Hit ESC to stop currently playing sounds
