Inline styles revisited - list-styles

Yet another one, an ongoing task. 😉

List styles are inline styles (list-style-type, set by advlist plugin).

That means, with the "Limit allowed HTML tags" filter setting checked, people won't see these list types, as the filter module strips all inline styles (actually filter_xss does it, too).
There doesn't seem to be another option, than a parser/serializer filter in Tiny. 🤷

A PoC is available, need to figure out, if that's the best approach. At least, it seems to work.
