It simply doesn't show up anymore, as the css class changed form fieldset-description to description.

This regression is caused by backdrop/backdrop-issues#1403, which has been merged into 1.30.0, so this is broken since the latest release on January 2025.

Meh...

Nothing fatal, only the button isn't attached anymore.
