This PR is to track the theming of the date views using teasers, templates and other backdrop best practices.
It will also be a test case for visual testing in PRs.
Goals: Recreate the date teaser view using code (not config)
Secondary goal:
Create a PR approval system that takes screenshots of any new design elements and posts them for review.
