Search and menu are one under another instead of next to each other if width is between 520px and 607px

I'm unable to reproduce the first issue on my test site.

For the icon alignment issue: That part of the header and menu are the most complex and delicate part of the site. It's basically impossible to keep the header flexible without having some awkward breakpoints. Unless this is showing up on some high-use device, it's more risky to try and fix it than it is to leave it. I've made the icons at least line up when stacked which helps make it look less accidental:

@ronan , search/menu position is not critical at all.

I wonder if this is problem with this particular site - I do not have this problem on other sites that I have with this theme version.

I believe this is fixed in the latest dev
