Class 'FlagCookieStorage' not found #27

Error: Class 'FlagCookieStorage' not found in flag_user_login() (line 1199 of /app/modules/flag/flag.module).

When logging in to a dev site I see this with fatal error. If I reload, the page loads again.

I think maybe a class is missing from hook_autoload_info.
