These Python scripts replaces the green background in a serie of images. Additional parameters of the desired object are extracted. In a postprocessing step these parameterscan be used to allign the images at the same place on a background image.

A timelapse video can be created by using the timelapse.sh bash script which uses ffmpeg and mogrify.
