In https://github.com/awslabs/deeplearning-cfn/blob/master/examples/distributed-tensorflow/prepare-s3-bucket.sh there are code lines at the bottom trying to copy non-existent script files into S3. Also, there is a bug in copying run.sh and setup.sh in terms of specifying correct path.
