Description of changes:
stage-lambdaandstage-glueare in effect new versions ofstageAandstageB. They will eventually be used in the workshop. Build them by default alongsidestageAandstageBto make things easier for everyone.Eventually we'd like all stages to be built in the same CodeBuild job (to better manage rate limiting amongst other things) but that's for later.
