Parameterize team main repository prefix.
sdlf-main-*is still the default. This makes it easier to have a side-by-side installation of SDLF v1 and v2, amongst other things.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
