Support automated instance store configuration for Bottlerocket

What problem are you trying to solve?
I'd like Bottlerocket nodes to automatically configure their instance storage when instanceStorePolicy is set to RAID0 as is the behaviour for AL2 & AL2023.

AFAIK this is dependent on the following issues.

• apiclient/apiserver: add ephemeral-storage commands bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket-core-kit#15
• Kit changes for Bootstrap Commands bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket-core-kit#62
• feat: add settings models for bootstrap commands bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket-settings-sdk#46

As an aside I think the differences between the supported AMI families should be documented.

How important is this feature to you?
This is something that we're waiting on, but we are aware of the upstream dependencies.

The bottlerocket team is deploying the required prerequisites in their next release. Will this work out of the box? Or do we need to add support to instancestorepolicy to account for bottlerocket nodes?
