(kinesisfirehose): fluent support for prefix expressions

Create helper methods/static variables so users can construct prefix expressions for S3 destinations.

Use Case

Prefixes can contain expressions that firehose evaluates before sending data to the destination. These are magic strings that we right now perform no modelling or validation. Having helper builder methods will make these less brittle.
