[AWS::LakeFormation::DataLakeSettings] - [Coverage] - Missing ReadOnlyAdmins Setting #2355

Description
ReadOnlyAdmins were added to Lake Formation a couple years back, but CloudFormation does not have a setting for this in the DataLakeSettings construct. It only allows setting the Admins (full access administrators). Could support for ReadOnlyAdmins be added? The lakeformation:PutDataLakeSettings API allows setting this value programatically, we just need CloudFormation coverage I believe.
