How Clear screen before going to new layout.

When I use app created with gocui, sometimes messages from other parts of OS, (like kernel messages) show on tty1, under app, and I couldn't find anyway to clear them.
I tried to send Clear Screen escape code, but It seems it breaks flow of app, and not works correctly.

How Could I force app to redraw all current gui state, or at least clears screen completely before changes to new layout?
