The private keys of eight eMudhra intermediate CA certificates were compromised (details). Browsers have blocked them, but clients that bundle their own root list need an update.

This bumps the bundled/verifier crates in Cargo.lock to the patched releases the page lists:

  • rustls-webpki 0.103.15 → 0.103.16
  • webpki-root-certs / webpki-roots 1.0.9 → 1.0.10 (where present)

Lockfile-only; Cargo.toml requirements already allow these versions.

webpki-roots 1.0.10 and rustls-webpki 0.103.16 carry the fix.

⛔ Files ignored due to path filters: 1
  • Cargo.lock is excluded by !**/*.lock

CodeRabbit blocks several paths by default. You can override this behavior by explicitly including those paths in the path filters. For example, including **/dist/** will override the default block on the dist directory, by removing the pattern from both the lists.

No instruction-count regression above 1%.

Only instruction counts gate. Wall clock is shown for context — on identical hardware it moves 4-20% run to run.

Measured by tak — instruction-counted CLI benchmarks, stored in this repository's git notes.
