The empty
"dist-tags"fixture cannot detect dropped or misparsed tags. No other test directly calls the uncachedfetch_packument_with_timepath. Add alatesttag and assert its parsed value.Suggested fix

Fixes #1790.
aube updateandaube dedupecould install versions thatminimumReleaseAgeshould block when the registry is registry.npmjs.org. These commands build the resolver without a full-packument cache directory, so a fetch that needed publish times fell back to the abbreviated packument. npmjs.org omitstimefrom abbreviated responses, and a version with no publish time passes the cutoff, so every version was eligible (also withminimumReleaseAgeStrict: true). Now, when publish times are needed and there is no full cache directory, the resolver fetches the full packument (with
time) straight from the registry, skipping the disk cache.updateanddedupetherefore still see current dist-tags, which is why the full cache was left off in #637.Validation: new wiremock test checks the full
Acceptheader is sent andtimeis kept;aube-resolverunit tests and clippy pass. Not run against live npmjs.org, and the Verdaccio bats suite can't reproduce this since it servestimein abbreviated responses.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
