- Line 170: Update the reachability and flag assignment around `reachable_from`
so `dev_reach` contains only packages with required dev paths, keeping dev-only
optional edges tracked separately in `optional_reach`. Assign `devOptional` only
when a package has both a required dev path and an optional path; preserve `dev`

[Medium impact] The PR appears safe to merge; no new actionable issues were found. SummaryThe PR preserves npm install-script metadata, corrects optional-package flags, and avoids re-resolving local peers already supplied by the importer or an ancestor.

2335-2358: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winAdd a regression test for lockfile reuse with a supplied local peer.
The existing lockfile-reuse test covers optional dependency metadata, not non-registry peer edges. The peer-context test preserves the known-declarations marker, but it does not call
try_lockfile_reuseor assert that the declared dependency range is used. Add a fixture where the reused package declares both a peer and a dependency with the same name, the peer is supplied by the importer, an ancestor, or the enabled workspace root, and the lockfile edge isfile:,link:, or git. Assert that resolution uses the declared range instead of the local-source edge.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Two `aube add` bugs reported in Discussions 1773 and 1774.
Re-resolve with a `file:` dep that satisfies a peer (1773). With `react` as a direct `file:deps/react` dependency and a package that peers on `react`, a fresh install worked but any later `aube add` failed with `ERR_AUBE_BLOCKED_EXOTIC_SUBDEP`. The locked peer edge (`react: file:deps/react`) was re-enqueued as a transitive local source. Such peer edges are now skipped when reusing a locked package; the peer pass wires them from the importer as before.
npm `package-lock.json` rewrites (1774). After `aube add`, entries lost `"optional": true` (e.g. the `@esbuild/*` platform packages) and `"hasInstallScript": true`, so npm 10 then failed with `Unsupported platform for @esbuild/aix-ppc64`. The writer now marks packages reached only through `optionalDependencies` edges as `optional` (or `devOptional`), and `hasInstallScript` round-trips.
Not addressed: field reordering and the dropped `funding.type` mentioned in 1774.
Validation: new unit test for the npm round trip; `cargo test` for aube-lockfile and aube-resolver passes. No test was added for the resolver change, and I did not run the reporter's repro repos.
