- was linked to rawgit master dist folder, which was removed by maintainers - we can add it back in later as a properly dependency so it is not externally dependent

- builds did't work completely due to a transitive dependency in older version of babel-eslint (babel/babel-eslint#243) - fixed some lint issues from the debug lib removal that were masked by build issue

- I had mistakenly thought there was an infra change and mongo needed to be specified. That worked fine, but in reality I needed to create a new mongo sandbox db because compose.io shut down their sandboxes
