Moved the local genesis.json and justfile to `/dev` directory, this requires just commands to be run with: ```shell just -f dev/justfile <recipe> ``` This should be merged alongside updates to the docs in this PR: astriaorg/docs#95 --------- Co-authored-by: Sam Bukowski <[email protected]> Co-authored-by: Jesse Snyder <[email protected]>
