uv cache prune removes all cached environments #4845

Summary

Resolves #4802

Test Plan

  • cargo test
❯ cargo run -- cache prune -v
Pruning cache at: /Users/ahmedilyas/Library/Caches/uv
No unused entries found
❯ cargo run -- tool run cowsay
