The doc comments on `--extra` and `--all-extras` in `RunArgs` both included "Optional dependencies are defined via `project.optional-dependencies` in a `pyproject.toml`." This is self-evident from the surrounding context and doesn't add value. https://claude.ai/code/session_016Sj2aGr9SXbo9syS7zzqSh
