Adding an equivalent
[[tool.uv.index]]with a new name can overwrite the declaration while existingtool.uv.sourcesreferences still use the old name, causing the nextuv lockto fail. Preserve the existing name or rewrite matching source references.Also update credential-derived index names when an index is renamed, as reported in uv#19758.
