The source-distribution download spans use a generic outer name and label the inner fetch-and-extract operation as the whole download. Give both download paths the same
download_source_distspan and name the streamed operationfetch_extract_source_dist, without changing their boundaries or behavior.Follow-up to astral-sh#21248 (comment).
