- new one is at https://github.com/arpcard/rgi_database_builder - but currently not yet deployed to the toolshed - will add it to this repo in a later commit - current toolshed repo contains copy of the dysfunctional DM
such that it will be deployed as well

We've had a request to install this tool on usegalaxy.org, the modernization here would go a long way to making this possible. Any chance this could get a review and merge? |
