The CI docs failed with AttributeError: module 'jinja2' has no attribute 'contextfilter'. jinja2 3.1.4 does not work with mkdocs 1.2.3. See mkdocs issue mkdocs/mkdocs#2799. Will need to upgrade both jinja2 and mkdocs.
