Summary of Changes

Hello @garrett4wade, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request updates the project's version to v0.5.3, ensuring that all internal version indicators, documentation, and example configurations correctly reference the latest release. It also incorporates new Python dependencies, primarily related to the langchain ecosystem, and adjusts an existing dependency version, which likely supports new features or improvements within the project.

Highlights

  • Version Bump: The project's version has been updated from v0.5.2 to v0.5.3 across the codebase.
  • Documentation and Example Updates: References to the AReaL Docker image in the installation tutorial and SkyPilot examples have been updated to reflect the new v0.5.3 tag.
  • Dependency Management: Several new Python dependencies, including langchain and related libraries, have been added to the uv.lock file, and the packaging dependency has been downgraded.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Code Review

This pull request bumps the version to 0.5.3 and introduces new agent workflows based on LangChain for mathematical reasoning. The changes include updating the version number, documentation, example configurations, and adding new dependencies like langchain and langchain-openai to uv.lock.

The new MathAgent and MathToolAgent are good additions. I've made a couple of suggestions to improve the robustness and maintainability of the new MathToolAgent implementation:

  • Add a version check for langchain to ensure compatibility with the create_agent API.
  • Improve the handling of message history to make the agent more robust and capable of multi-turn conversations.

Overall, the changes look good, but the PR title could be more descriptive to reflect the addition of LangChain support.
