I've created #321 to address the WARNING: Spurious .vs folder

The folder is created by Visual Studio.

I did not test this fix.

• edit: the PR is failing with Not up to standards. This pull request quality could be better.; I simply followed the existing code format by appending a similar string for the new exclusion.
