Simple example of MIDI beat clock

Hi,

I was working on MIDI project with Arduino and Ableton, at some point I had to use MIDI beat clock with this library.

I decided to create a basic example of this to help others. It syncs the Arduino (tested on Leonardo) with software midi clock and BPM in Ableton (and plays single note).

I think that I'm not the only one who could reuse this code for simple audio device. At last it can be used as some kind of boilerplate for any project.

PS. If something in code could be better feel free to change.
