Can't archive for iOS

Building a debug app and running it locally in the iOS simulator works fine. But when its time to publish the app, Xcode fails to build the archive. Note that I can build a archive and publish if I'm not using map_view in my project.

Is there another step missing for setup of this project? I'm afraid I don't know much about Xcode.

How do I uninstall this thing from my project. I tried to revert, and now my project is all fucked up. It can't compile at all.

Okay, I managed to remove map_view from the project, and get it to compile again, by reverting all my XCode project files to something way back in the git history. Hopefully I didn't break anything else in the process. Thank god I've been checking those generated xcode files into git.

I'd still like to know the proper way to remove this library from a project. Incase something similar happens again.

I tried to follow the install directions in reverse. But I would get massive build errors from xcode afterwards. some of it was about the pods being messed up. But none of the suggested commands worked.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue. I've been able to build for archive without any issues. Is there some other dependency in your application that might be conflicting with this plugin?

Well in the error I posted, its complaining about the missing map_view library. How do I setup and install that library?
