chore: refine
.goreleaser.yaml
and changelog setup
- Remove project name configuration from `.goreleaser.yaml` - Change changelog configuration to use GitHub instead of git in `.goreleaser.yaml` - Standardize quotation marks for titles in changelog groups - Add new changelog groups for refactoring, build process updates, and documentation updates - Remove changelog filters that exclude commits with certain messages Signed-off-by: Bo-Yi Wu <[email protected]>
