CHANGELOG.md has no entry for 5.0.0

GitHub release notes has information but not the changelog file in the repository root.

Is there a plan to update the CHANGELOG.md file or deprecated it?

Bumping from 4.x to 5.x broke the build for a missing AndroidElement. I can't find any entrance or PR or issue about the migration path here. Are there any migration steps I can follow?
